BAR & RESTAURANT MANAGERS

You should ideally have previous restaurant and bar management experience, be fully profit and loss aware as well as having knowledge of controlling stock loss and waste.
A combination of proven leadership strengths and effective people management skills are what is required as you help drive our restaurant and bar forward.
