Pax Leisure Ltd, the group behind the award winning restaurant and bar, ‘ALMA DE CUBA’ is looking for bright, outgoing personalities to join one of our exciting new venues.
Due to our continued success we are seeking vibrant and energetic individuals to join our management team.
You should ideally have previous restaurant and bar management experience, be fully profit and loss aware as well as having knowledge of controlling stock loss and waste.
A combination of proven leadership strengths and effective people management skills are what is required as you help drive our restaurant and bar forward. You will drive results through sales growth, creating a positive customer experience, team motivation and personal development and a passion for exceptional customer service.
